My client is a Tier 1 Consulting Firm/Integrator/Software Vendor with a global reach and their prestigious APAC HQ based in Melbourne. One profile I am looking for is that of Senior Business Process Reengineering (IPTV, PrePaid, Online – Telco)Consultants to join their Business Consulting stream.
I am looking for business process transformation experts who have a demonstrable track record in the Consulting field working on Telco projects. I am looking for candidates who have first class Consultative/Client facing skills, can overcome roadblocks, present work, be solutions orientated & customer focused. Whilst candidates need a good technical grounding/ understanding of technology they need to have primarily, strong expertise in the analysis, design, testing & implementation of solutions (business/ technical)be this through presentations/client meetings, delivery on workstreams, offer strategic insights & a true Consultancy service from a BPR (business process reengineering) perspective.
As a Business Transformation specialist you will need to build first class relationships with both clients & internal teams to deliver solutions. The ability to manage relationships & present/engage with clients is essential as you work within my clients Consulting practice. Working with clients at the nascent stages of projects you will be able to deliver compelling proposals, well researched & designed to meet key business outcomes.
I am looking for candidates who are ambitious, talented & possess first class Consulting skills (3+yrs as a minimum as a Consultant, 5+yrs commercial experience). Candidates must have customer/business transformation expertise & be well skilled in the BPR arena. Telco experience is essential ideally within processes such as Plan to Build, Order to Cash, Fault To Restore etc ideally in domains such as PrePaid, IPTV or Online.
Candidates must have experience working on complex IT projects in the Telco arena, ideally covering areas such as Integration, Billing, Call Centre, CRM solutions etc with experience covering the entire project lifecycle (definition, design, development, delivery).
